Network CCTV camera installation project 1

Project Description:
Given the network (Ethernet) and power (PoE or separate) cabling infrastructure that had been previously prepared, the installation and commissioning of network cameras was successfully completed.
Implementation Steps:
1. Infrastructure Check:
– Ensure the health of network cables and connections.
– Test the network switch ports and PoE power supply (if using PoE cameras).
2. Hardware Installation:
– Place the camera in the designated location (wall, ceiling or base) and secure it with a bracket.
– Connect the network cable to the camera and switch/NVR.
– If PoE is not used, connect the power adapter to the camera.
3. Software Configuration:
– Connect to the camera via the relevant software (such as CMS, NVR device or web browser).
– Set the IP address (manually or DHCP).
– Apply image settings (resolution, frame rate, motion detection).
– Create a secure username and password for access.
4. Testing and Operation:
– Reviewing images received from the camera on site and remotely (mobile/computer).
– Ensuring image recording in the NVR or central server (if needed).
Conclusion:
After completing the steps, the cameras were activated with desired stability in the network and real-time monitoring and image recording were enabled.
